Today is Thanksgiving Eve. We don't really celebrate it, but it is important... How many pumpkins and turkeys are being prepared as we speak. Yesterday, the turkey was defrosting in the fridge... TODAY it will be stuffed and readied to cook all night for its debut tomorrow.
